孟律師的主要執業領域為破產與債務重組、反壟斷與反不正當競爭、商事訴訟、投資并購、公司法律顧問等。

孟律師曾擔任近二十家企業的破產管理人或清算組負責人，并曾辦理過多個大型外商投資企業解散清算項目，行業覆蓋通訊、互聯網、餐飲/食品、電氣、金融等，具有豐富的理論和實務經驗。

在反壟斷、數據合規領域，孟律師具有豐富的理論和實務經驗，曾深入參與辦理數十起經營者集中申報案件，對于界定相關市場、分析交易架構、獲取相關市場數據方面具有豐富經驗。近年來，孟律師特別關注反壟斷與數據合規、平臺經濟的交叉領域。在行政法領域，孟律師不僅曾辦理多起行政復議和行政訴訟案件，還曾在某國家部委擔任法律顧問，深入參與行政處罰、行政復議以及行政立法工作。

孟律師現擔任北京師范大學校外導師，北京市朝陽區律師協會破產清算與并購重組業務委員會副秘書長。孟律師也是中國價格協會價監競爭與反壟斷專業委員會會員。

孟繼儒律師畢業于北京師范大學，獲得法律碩士學位。孟繼儒律師的工作語言是中文、日文和英文。

Mr. Jiru Meng is a Partner in Beijing Yunting Law Firm. Before Joining Yunting, Mr. Meng worked for Fortune Global 500 Companies for more than 6 years, and later began his law practice at King and Wood Mallesons. Mr. Meng has extensive experience in handling both litigation and non-litigation legal matters, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the legal needs of enterprise as well as individual clients, which allows him to design and implement comprehensive and operable solutions accordingly.

Mr. Meng specializes in Bankruptcy law, Antitrust and Anti-Unfair Competition, Civil and Commercial litigation, M&A, and General Corporate Practice.

Mr. Meng has successfully acted as the head of administrators of nearly 20 enterprise bankruptcy cases, and has also handled the dissolution and liquidation for several Foreign-Invested Companies covering a wide range of industries including communications, internet, catering/food, electrical, and financial.

In relation to Antitrust and Data Compliance, Mr. Meng has conducted many premerger notification filings across different industries, and has extensive experience in defining relevant markets, analyzing transaction structures, and obtaining relevant market data. Recently, Mr. Meng pays special attention to the intersection between antitrust, data compliance, and platform economics.

In relation to administrative law, Mr. Meng has handled many administrative reconsideration and litigation cases. He has also served as a legal consultant for a ministry of the state, where he has participated in works relating to administrative punishment, administrative reconsideration, and administrative litigation.

Mr. Meng is currently a professional consultant at Beijing Normal University, and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Insolvency and M&A Business Committee of Beijing Chaoyang Lawyers Association. He is also an active member of the Price Competition and Anti-Monopoly Professional Committee of The Price Association of China.

Mr. Meng received a Juris Master Degree from Beijing Normal University. His working languages are Chinese, English, and Japanese.
